Advance your communication skills in the Business field online
New to Canada? Currently working or seeking employment in the Business sector?
Funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and coordinated by Colleges Ontario, Boréal College is offering a free Occupation-specific Language Training ONLINE course that can help you to advance your communication skills.
The OSLT course in Business, Entrepreneurship and Sales & Marketing is an online course that focuses on the language and socio-cultural communication skills needed to introduce yourself professionally in the job search context; manage interactions with colleagues, clients and business associates; communicate using technology such as telephone and email; introduce yourself in work-related situations; undertake employment and work-related interviews; and network effectively.
This course is for permanent residents or protected persons living in Ontario, who have experience or training in one of the following areas: Entrepreneurship or sales and marketing. Also, they need to have an intermediate level of English (Canadian Language Benchmarks 6-8).
